Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Our lead time on goods in stock is 3-5 working days after receiving payment For special orders and custom orders the lead time is 7-15 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
Q: What are your payment options?
A: Our website feature secure checkout via Payfast. Customers can use this to pay via credit/debit card however, we also accept EFTs.

Q: Returns and Exchange policy
A: Our products have a 14 Day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your products to request a return.
To be eligible for a return ,your items must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn,,unused in its original packaging.
Customised orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned due to the nature of these products.
To start a return please email us at colourmeplayful@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address in your email confirmation of the return request. The return will be done at your own expense (i.e courier charges will be your to bare).
If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email along with instructions on how and where to send the package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Q: Damages ,Exchanges, Returns & Refunds?
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the you have and once the return is accepted ,make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns&Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund.
Q: What are your delivery options?
We currently offer delivery all throughout South Africa. Unfortunately we do not Ship internationally currently.
A: Orders over R1000 allow for free delivery country wide
Standard delivery fee is R100 with 3-5 working days for major cities, or 5-7 working days for outlying areas.
